Ravi Chandran holds a B.Sc., B.Tech., and management courses from IBM, laying a strong foundation for his impressive career in the software industry. With over 40 years of extensive experience, he has excelled in marketing, sales, delivery, and HR across diverse geographies, including the US, Europe, and APAC.
As the current Director at Recochain, Ravi previously served as WTD of SecureKloud, managing quarterly presentations on revenue and P&L to analysts and investors. His leadership in UK and Europe Operations at Ramco Systems led to remarkable growth, increasing revenue from $0.2M to $11M in just three years. Ravi has also been instrumental in driving new customer acquisitions for companies like RS Software and Keane, demonstrating his ability to define and execute go-to-market strategies for both new products and services.

With over 25 years of experience spanning startups and large enterprises, Vijayan brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and corporate expertise to his role. As a co-founder of multiple startups and having held pivotal positions in several others, he has firsthand knowledge of the challenges and rewards of building businesses from the ground up.
Vijayan is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with a proven track record of co-founding multiple startups and facilitating successful mergers with larger firms. His extensive experience includes significant roles at major enterprises, such as Dell, where he led global delivery teams for both products and services. Vijayan has been instrumental in acquiring and nurturing key business accounts, driving organizational growth, and managing strategic relationships. Additionally, he has successfully managed teams across the APAC and US regions in publicly listed companies, showcasing his ability to navigate complex business landscapes and foster collaboration.
